Mortgage & Loan Signing Services in Your Area
Purchase, refinance, HELOC and reverse mortgage packages handled by experienced signing agents — at the borrower’s kitchen table, on schedule, with the package back on time.
For lenders, escrow and title
A signing agent is not just a notary
A loan package is a hundred pages or more, with a dozen notarized signatures buried inside it and a funding date that does not move. The job is not only sealing signatures — it is walking the borrower through the stack in the right order, catching the missed initial on page 47, and getting the package back where it belongs the same day.
That is what a signing agent does, and it is why lenders and escrow officers use one rather than sending a borrower to find their own notary.
Purchase closings
Buyer packages coordinated with escrow and title, at the borrower’s home or office.
Refinances
Including the rescission period, explained to the borrower so the dates are not a surprise.
Home equity loans and HELOCs
Second-position packages, usually shorter but with the same notarial requirements.
Reverse mortgages
Older borrowers, longer appointments, more questions. We plan for that rather than rushing it.
Seller packages
The seller’s notarized documents, handled separately from the buyer’s closing.
Loan modifications
Modification agreements and related paperwork requiring notarization and prompt return.
How it runs
From assignment to scan-back
Assignment and documents
You send the package and the borrower’s contact details. We confirm the appointment directly with them and print if needed.
The signing
Every signature, initial and notarial block completed in order, with the borrower’s questions on process answered as we go.
Return
Scan-back the same day where required, then shipped by your preferred carrier with tracking sent to you.
A signing agent explains what a document is and where it is signed. A signing agent does not explain what the terms mean, interpret figures, or advise whether to proceed — those questions go back to the lender or escrow officer, and we route them there rather than guessing.
Before the appointment
What makes a signing go smoothly

- Everyone who is signing available for the full appointment, not just part of it
- A table with room for a large package and decent light
- Any cashier’s check or wire confirmation the closing instructions require
- An hour set aside — longer for a reverse mortgage
For the lender or escrow officer
- The complete package with clear signing instructions
- Confirmed borrower name spellings, exactly as they appear on the loan documents
- Notice of any rescission dates or deadlines that affect the appointment
- Shipping instructions and account details for the return
- A contact reachable during the appointment if a question comes up
Loan signing questions
Frequently asked
What does a loan signing cost?
Loan signings are quoted per package rather than per signature, because the work includes printing, the appointment itself and the return. Send the details and we will quote before accepting. See Our Pricing.
Do you print the documents?
Yes, including dual-tray printing for legal-size pages, and scan-back the same day where the lender requires it.
Can you sign evenings and weekends?
Yes. Most borrowers prefer it, and funding deadlines rarely respect office hours.
What happens if the borrower has questions about the terms?
We identify the document and where to sign, then direct substantive questions to the lender or escrow officer. A signing agent who starts explaining terms is doing something they should not.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes — we provide mobile notary and signing services in all 50 states. For volume or recurring assignments, call and we will set up a working arrangement.
Related services
Our notaries and signing agents are not attorneys and cannot give legal or financial advice, or explain loan terms.
Have a signing to place?
Send the package details and the borrower’s location in Your Area. You will get a quote and a confirmed appointment, not a maybe.
