Documents we notarize → Same-Day Rush
Same-Day & Rush Notary Service in Your Area
Need a notary today? Call and we will tell you straight away whether we can reach you, and when. No queue, no office hours, no callback tomorrow.
How it works
What “same-day” actually means here
It means you call, we look at where our notaries are right now, and we give you a real arrival window instead of a promise we cannot keep. Sometimes that is ninety minutes. Sometimes it is this evening. Occasionally the honest answer is tomorrow morning, and we would rather say so than leave you waiting.
Text is often faster than a call if you are somewhere you cannot talk — a hospital corridor, a meeting, a dealership.
Call or text
Tell us the document type, how many signatures, and exactly where you are. Thirty seconds is usually enough.
We confirm a window
You get an arrival window and a total price before anyone gets in a car. No surprises on the doorstep.
Signed on the spot
We verify ID, witness the signatures and seal. You keep your finished documents immediately.
When people call us
Urgent situations we handle regularly
Hospital admissions
A power of attorney or healthcare directive needed before a procedure. These get priority. See healthcare directives.
Closings with a deadline
A deed or loan package that has to be signed today for a funding date to hold.
Travel the next morning
A minor’s travel consent letter discovered the night before a flight. See permission to travel.
Vehicle handovers
A private sale happening now, with a buyer who has already driven across town.
Court and filing deadlines
An affidavit or sworn statement due before a cutoff that will not move.
Weekend and holiday needs
When every notary office and bank counter within reach is closed.
Speed depends on this
How to make a rush appointment go fast
Have ready
- Valid government-issued photo ID for every signer, in hand before we arrive
- Documents printed, complete and unsigned
- Everyone who needs to sign in the same place at the same time
- An exact address, plus a room, suite or gate number where it applies
- A phone that will be answered when the notary is close
What slows it down
- Documents still being emailed or printed when we arrive
- A signer who is out and will be back “soon”
- An expired ID discovered at the door
- Facility check-in that nobody warned us about
- Pages already signed, which have to be reprinted
Rush service questions
Frequently asked
How quickly can you actually get here?
It depends on where our notaries are and where you are. Call and we will give you a real window rather than a marketing answer. If we cannot make your deadline, we will say so immediately so you can make other arrangements.
Do you charge extra for rush or after-hours?
Rates for urgent, late-night and holiday appointments are quoted per job, and always before we set out. See Our Pricing.
Are you really available on Sundays and holidays?
Yes — seven days a week, evenings included. Weekend and holiday availability is exactly why most people find us.
Can you come to a hospital tonight?
Yes, and these are the appointments we move fastest on. Have the facility name, unit and room number ready, plus a contact who will be at the bedside.
Can you print my documents?
Often yes, as a courtesy — send them ahead and tell us when you call. It is worth asking, because it turns two errands into one.
